A US-based Series A startup in the health and wellness space, offering a direct-to-consumer supplement and wellness product line. With a small marketing team and limited organic infrastructure, the company had built early traction primarily through paid ads and influencer partnerships.
The dependence on paid acquisition was expensive and getting worse. CAC was climbing with each quarter, and the team knew they needed a sustainable organic channel. The Challenge
Build organic visibility from near-zero to establish a cost-effective growth channel that could reduce dependence on paid acquisition. The startup was burning through budget on ads with diminishing returns, and needed organic and AI platform visibility to become a meaningful share of revenue.
