Engineer how AI search recommends you.

Most brands either don’t show up when buyers ask ChatGPT for a recommendation, or they got there by accident. We measure exactly where you stand on the prompts that matter — then engineer the rest.

§01 — Where most brands fail

Three ways you lose
every AI conversation.

In AI answers there’s no page two. You’re either named in the recommendation, or you don’t exist for that buyer. Here’s how brands disappear — even ones that rank fine on Google.

§01.01

You’re not in the answer.

A buyer asks ChatGPT for tools in your category. Three competitors are listed. You’re not. The conversation moves on without you.

§01.02

You’re cited with the wrong description.

AI mentions you, but for a use case you don’t sell or an audience you don’t serve. The buyer disqualifies you before they reach your site.

§01.03

You’re a footnote, not the source.

Your competitor is cited as the authority. You’re a small link buried at the bottom. Buyers act on the recommendation, not the citation.

§02 — How we engineer it

A 5-step system.
No black box.

Every step ships a deliverable you can see in the dashboard, tied to a specific prompt or citation source. No vibes, no quarterly “strategy refresh” — just the 5 moves we run, in order, every engagement.

The system5 moves · in order
  1. §02.01

    Map the prompts that matter.

We pull the 50–200 buyer prompts your category actually generates across all five platforms. Real prompts from real buyers — not keyword-tool volume estimates.

  2. §02.02

    Audit your visibility.

For every prompt: who's cited, who's the source, and who's invisible. We score your brand, your competitors, and the sentiment in each AI response.

  3. §02.03

    Fix the source.

Page-level rewrites, schema, llms.txt, internal entity consistency. The on-site signals AI models actually read when deciding who to recommend.

  4. §02.04

    Earn the off-site signal.

Reddit threads, listicles, review sites, industry publications, Quora. Where AI pulls citations from when your domain isn't enough on its own.

  5. §02.05

    Track weekly, not quarterly.

Share of voice, citation count, sentiment, and downstream pipeline — every Monday, in one dashboard. No 60-page deck, no quarterly retro.

§03 — The five platforms we track

Every answer engine
that decides for your buyer.

01
ChatGPT

The surface most B2B buyers test first. Highest volume, longest answers.

02
Perplexity

Citation-heavy. The platform your sales team gets cold-quoted from.

03
Gemini

Tightest integration with Google. Fastest growth in consumer queries.

04
Copilot

Microsoft-stack accounts and Bing-influenced answers. Often overlooked.

05
Google AIO

Sits above the blue links. Already shapes most of your branded SERPs.

§04 — Receipts, in detail

From zero AI presence
to inbound ChatGPT leads in 4 weeks.

California insurance broker

A licensed insurance broker, BBB-accredited, with no organic presence and no AI mentions across any of the buyer prompts in their category. Their funnel ran on paid — until paid got expensive.

We mapped the 80 buyer prompts that mattered, fixed the source pages and structured data, and ran a Reddit citation engine in the four largest insurance subreddits. Two weeks in, search impressions had tripled. By week four, the first prospect quoted ChatGPT in their inbound message.

§05 — Why old SEO playbooks miss this

GEO is not
SEO with extra steps.

The SEO playbook still works for Google. It does almost nothing for ChatGPT. Here’s where the two diverge.

§06 — Common questions

What buyers
actually ask.

Not the FAQ template every agency runs. The questions that actually come up in our intro calls.

How long until I see citations?
Two to four weeks for the first new mentions, eight to fourteen weeks to materially shift share of voice. An insurance broker we work with saw their first inbound ChatGPT lead at week four; a B2B SaaS client moved citation share from 4% to 61% over fourteen weeks. Your timeline depends on category density and how much content debt we’re unwinding.
What is the actual deliverable each month?
A live dashboard with prompt-level visibility across all five platforms, a weekly action list (page rewrites, schema fixes, off-site placements, Reddit threads), and a monthly review call. Not a deck. Not a quarterly readout.
Do you guarantee the #1 spot in ChatGPT?
No. Anyone who guarantees this is lying — AI responses are non-deterministic and platform-policy changes move the floor under everyone. We commit to the inputs (prompts mapped, source pages fixed, citations earned) and report the outputs (share of voice, citation count, sentiment, downstream pipeline) every week.
How do you measure pipeline attribution?
Three ways: (1) referrer data from chat platforms when they pass it, (2) self-report fields on lead forms with prompts to capture “how did you hear about us”, (3) anomaly detection in inbound demos and trials when AI citations spike. None of these is perfect; together they’re defensible enough for a board read.
Does this replace my SEO agency?
It can, and for most B2B SaaS clients it does — because the source-page, schema, and authority work overlaps almost completely. If your SEO program is enterprise-scale or you’ve got an in-house team that’s working, we plug in alongside without duplication.
What if my industry has barely any AI search traffic yet?
Then the engagement is positioning, not capture — getting your brand into the citation graph before your category catches up. The cheapest time to be the default recommendation is before everyone else realizes there’s a category to compete in. We’ll tell you up-front if your category isn’t there yet.
